Tickets available via Will-Call on the day of the event.
Nothing ships to you.
Online Ticket sales will end at 5pm on July 10th.
$10 per item Becket COA available at the event if you want to have have your autograph authenticated.
Few Things Below
Times – Doors will open at 10:30am, Will Call will open at 10:30am in the "Coop" building. The signing will be signing from 12pm - 130pm.
Parking – Please do not park at the Sheetz next door. We’re not using valet anymore since we now have our overflow parking that’s located on the same side of the street! (Been a work in progress for months) Park to the LEFT of the Fiesta Center as the right side tends to tow. See parking information at the bottom of this page.
Tickets – Your tickets will be numbered. The DJ will be calling everyone up in groups of 10. Tickets are no longer on sale on the website but are available for purchase at the event. Please remember that each ticket is for one autograph only. Once again, report over to the "coop" for will call and pick up tickets.
There will be Mail-order for this event.
Shipping for Mailk-Order: If you don’t include a shipping label we will be charging a flat fee. We encourage you to send a prepaid label. This charge will be added to the total cost when we send out totals before the signing.
Note: Do not buy a ticket if you are mailing items in. We will process this directly.
All items are due by Saturday July 4th.
Venue – The Venue has a lot of areas to relax inside and outside. Feel free to relax, drink, eat, or play cornhole to pass time while waiting for your number to be called. The signing will be in a separate building than the bar area. We will direct everyone to this location which is all tied in together. Once we start calling numbers for people to line up, please try to stay out of the area of the signing so it does not get too congested. We promise your number will not get skipped.
COA – We will have a table inside the building where the signing is taking place. Once you go through the line and get your item signed, you will take your item and COA ticket to the COA table to get it stickered if you want. It's $10 for COA (You Don't Have To Get).
Merchandise – We will have a limited number of pictures, pucks, and mini helmets for purchase. This will be inside the same building as the signing connected with the will call table.
Kids – This is a kid friendly event and are welcome. Tickets are for autographs only so feel free to bring the family.
Auction - We will have a silent auction setup with a lot of Capitals Memorabilia. The auction will start at 10am and end at 1:30 pm, however you will have the option to do “buy now” and leave with items immediately.
Food – Food will be available to purchase through the Venue.
Markers - We will have a variety of pens. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
Pictures – We ask everyone to please keep the line flowing to make sure we have enough time to get everyone through. Pictures can be taken as long as they are quickly leaned in photos.
If you’ve been to our events you know the vibe is a great time. If this is your first tomorrow I promise they are much better. The rain showers will impact the event but I’m sure everyone will still make the best of it.
Arriving Early - Please, if you arrive early Sunday give us time to get everything ready and set up. Please give us until 10am as we have a lot of preparation for this event to get done. We love that everyone wants to come hang out but sometimes it delays us getting ready.
AAG Team - I take pride on having the best organized events around. We try our best to make sure the experience is smoothly as possible. If you have a question, need help with anything don't hesitate to ask one of my team members. I understand it's confusing the first time. But everyone who has been to our events will tell you they are smooth and a great time without stressing standing in lines for long periods of time etc.
