Signing - Frequently Asked Questions

Timing and Arrival

What time do the doors open for the event?

Doors will open at 11:00 AM.

When does the signing session begin and end?

The signing will be from 1 PM to 2:30 PM.

Will Call

When can I pick up my tickets?

Will Call opens at 11:00 AM in the "Coop" Building.

Is there a deadline to pick up my tickets at Will Call?

Yes, all tickets must be picked up by 12:30 AM.

What happens if I arrive after 11:30am?

If you arrive after 12:30 AM go directly to the Eavesdrop Tent located outside the Coop building to pick up your tickets.

What do I need to bring to pick up my tickets?

All you need is to provide your name upon arrival.

I’m excited and want to arrive early—is that okay?

We love the enthusiasm, but please give the AAG team until 11:00 AM to make sure everything is set up and ready.

Tickets, Line Procedure, and Autographs

How will the line for autographs work?

Your tickets are numbered. The DJ will be calling everyone up in groups of 25 (this is a change for the Tom Wilson signing).

What does one ticket entitle me to?

Each ticket is valid for one autograph and one lean in photo.

Are inscriptions allowed (e.g., "Go Caps")?

Yes, you can purchase an inscirption ticket from the online Shop page where you bought your autograph ticket.

How can I help keep the line moving efficiently?

Please have your ticket and item to be signed out and be ready, and if you would like a lean in photo have your phone out, unlocked and ready to take a picture. Please keep conversations to a respectful minimum as we will need to keep the line moving to make sure everyone gets through the line.

Venue, Parking, and Amenities

Where should I park for the event?

Park to the LEFT of the Fiesta Center.

We have overflow parking available on the same side of the street.

Do not park at the Sheetz next door. Parking to the right of the Fiesta Center tends to tow.

See the Tom Wilson Event page on our website for a map if necessary:

Where is the signing actually happening?

The event is being held at Eavesdrop Brewery. The actual signing will be held in a separate building (the "Coop") from the main bar area. Our team will direct you.

While I wait for my number, what can I do?

The venue has plenty of areas to relax inside and outside. Feel free to drink, eat, or play cornhole.

Is this a family event?

Yes, this is a kid-friendly event.

Are pets allowed at the event?

While the venue is pet-friendly, for this specific event, we ask that you please hold off on bringing pets to ensure the line keeps moving efficiently.

Will food be available?

Yes, food will be available for purchase through the venue.

Do I need to bring my own pen or marker?

We will have a variety of pens available, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
