Logan Thompson Signing

Few Things Below -
Times – Will Call will open at 11:30am in the "Coop" Building. Logan will be signing from 1:00pm-2:30pm in the same Building.

Parking – Please do not park at the Sheetz next door. We’re not using valet anymore since we now have our overflow parking that’s located on the same side of the street! (Been a work in progress for months) Park to the LEFT of the Fiesta Center as the right side tends to tow. Please see the attached map.

Glasses – Eavesdrop Brewery put together a limited-edition glass. They will be $8 or $12 with beer (or cider / mead). They will be available the day of the event.

Tickets – Your tickets will be numbered. The DJ will be calling everyone up in groups of 10. Tickets are no longer on sale on the website. Please remember that each ticket is for one autograph only. Once again, report over to the "coop" for will call and pick up your ticket. You will give your name to the lady at the table. We have an envelope stuffed already with your names on them. (Tickets will be available the day of)

Venue – The Venue has a lot of areas to relax inside and outside. Feel free to relax, drink, eat, or play cornhole to pass time while waiting for your number to be called. The signing will be in a separate building than the bar area. We will direct everyone to this location which is all tied in together. Once we start calling numbers for people to line up, please try to stay out of the area of the signing so it does not get too congested. We promise your number will not get skipped.

COA – We will have a table inside the building where the signing is taking place. Once you go through the line and get your item signed, you will take your item and COA ticket to the COA table to get it stickered if you want. It's $10 for COA (You Don't Have To Get).

Merchandise – We will have a limited number of pictures,  Pucks, and goalie mini helmets for purchase. This will be inside the same building as the signing connected with the will call table.

Kids – This is a kid friendly event and are welcome. Tickets are for autographs only so feel free to bring the family.

Auction - We will have a silent auction setup with a lot of Capitals Memorabilia. The auction will start at 11:30am and end at 2:30 pm, however you will have the option to do “buy now” and leave with items immediately.

Food – Food will be available to purchase through the Venue. Check out the new "Sin Bin" dog at Eugene's.

Markers - We will have a variety of pens. You are more than welcome to bring your own.

Pictures – We ask everyone to please keep the line flowing to make sure we have enough time to get everyone through. Pictures can be taken as long as they are quickly leaned in photos. You can take pics of Justin signing your items as well.

Weather - Looks a lot better than what we faced in February for Sourdif. Looks like we will be in the 50's tomorrow for Sunday Funday. Lots of areas to stay warm if you become cold. Looks like some afternoon showers in the forecast.

Arriving Early - Please, if you arrive early Sunday give us time to get everything ready and set up. Please give us until 11am as we have a lot of preparation for this event to get done. We love that everyone wants to come hang out but sometimes it delays us getting ready.

AAG Team - If you have a question, need help with anything don't hesitate to ask one of my team members. I understand it's confusing the first time. But everyone who has been to our events will tell you they are smooth and a great time without stressing standing in lines for long periods of time etc.  

What's Next - Good question, we have several offers out to many players. One big thing is player availability after the season is over. Make sure you are following all 3 platforms for future announcements.

Emails: This is just another above and beyond thing we do for everyone. I try my best to get as much information out to everyone. Lots of time emails go to junk, spam or don't get delivered. Please don't depend on emails because I can't guarantee technology will work the way it should. What I can guarantee is all information / updates will get posted on all 3 AAG platforms.
