AAG presents another Washington Capitals Public signing event.

Sunday: June 1st, 2025
Autograph Signing from 2pm - 3:30pm

Happy TJ Oshie Eve.
Few Things Below -
Times – Doors will open at 12pm, Will Call will open at 12pm as well in the "Coop" Building. Oshie will be signing from 2:00pm-3:30pm.
Parking – Please do not park at the Sheetz next door. We’re not using valet anymore since we now have our overflow parking that’s located on the same side of the street! (Been a work in progress for months) Park to the LEFT of the Fiesta Center as the right side tends to tow.
Glasses – Eavesdrop Brewery put together a limited-edition glass. They will be $8 or $12 with beer (or cider / mead). The website is sold out, but they should have held some available for tomorrow.
Tickets – Your tickets will be numbered. The DJ will be calling everyone up in groups of 10. Tickets are no longer on sale on the website. Please remember that each ticket is for one autograph only. Once again, report over to the "coop" for will call and pick up your ticket. You will give your name to the lady at the table. We have an envelope stuffed already with your names on them. (WE ARE 100% SOLD OUT OF TICKETS )
Venue – The Venue has a lot of areas to relax inside and outside. Feel free to relax, drink, eat, or play cornhole to pass time while waiting for your number to be called. The signing will be in a separate building than the bar area. We will direct everyone to this location which is all tied in together. Once we start calling numbers for people to line up, please try to stay out of the area of the signing so it does not get too congested. We promise your number will not get skipped.
COA – We will have a table inside the building where the signing is taking place. Once you go through the line and get your item signed, you will take your item and COA ticket to the COA table to get it stickered if you want. It's $10 for COA (You Don't Have To Get).
Merchandise – We will have a limited number of pictures, Jerseys , and mini helmets for purchase. This will be inside the same building as the signing connected with the will call table.
Kids – This is a kid friendly event and are welcome. Tickets are for autographs only so feel free to bring the family.
Auction - We will have a silent auction setup with a lot of Capitals Memorabilia. The auction will start at noon and end at 3:30 pm, however you will have the option to do “buy now” and leave with items immediately.
Food – Food will be available to purchase through the Venue.
Markers - We will have a variety of pens. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
Pictures – We ask everyone to please keep the line flowing to make sure we have enough time to get everyone through. Pictures can be taken as long as they are quickly leaned in photos. You can take pics of Oshie signing your items as well.
Weather - Looks like a beautiful day in the makings. The high for tomorrow is 69/70 degrees.
Special Guest - If you missed the announcement we will have slapshot there tomorrow at 2pm. Make sure you take advantage and get them pictures with him while you are waiting for your number to be called.
Arriving Early - Please, if you arrive early tomorrow give us the time to get everything ready and set up. Please give us until noon as we have a lot of preparation for this event to get done. We love that everyone wants to come hang out but sometimes it delays us getting ready.
AAG Team - We have a team of 9 tomorrow so if you have a question, need help with anything don't hesitate to ask one of my team members.
I understand it's confusing the first time. But everyone who has been to our events will tell you they are smooth and a great time without stressing standing in lines for long periods of time etc.
What's Next - I think Oshie will be our last Capitals signing until the boys come back in town. I'm thinking we take July and August off. My thoughts are we start back with another Capitals signing in September or October.
Emails: This is just another above and beyond thing we do for everyone. I try my best to get as much information out to everyone. Lots of time emails go to junk, spam or don't get delivered. Please don't depend on emails because I can't guarantee technology will work the way it should. What I can guarantee is all information / updates will get posted on all 3 AAG platforms.

Below are 2 updates we posted this week. No this has not been an issue at past events. We are being proactive and making sure we do everything possible to have a great event while getting everyone though the line.
Oshie Signing Alert #1: Due to this signing event selling out & getting everyone through the line in the allotted time, we will be STRICTLY enforcing the 1 ticket= 1 autograph per item on Sunday (along with those that purchased inscriptions). TJ will only sign what is reflected on your ticket(s). Do NOT ask for more signatures or inscriptions from TJ than what you purchased. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us to make this a fun and enjoyable event for everyone in attendance.
Oshie Signing Alert #2: These “alerts” are designed to be proactive in helping us have a smooth event for you all & to communicate certain expectations for Sunday. Even though Oshie will be our 4th event at Eavesdrop, this is slated to be the biggest event yet there. Topic #2 is photos. Due to the vast number of people with tickets (250 tickets sold) and the limited time allotted for TJ to sign, we will not be able to have TJ come out from behind the table for any photos. We are still going to allow lean-in photos with TJ standing up behind the table as we have been doing at previous signings.
The majority of promoters and events will charge you extra for photos or not allow photos with players. AAG takes great pride in allowing our customers to take photos and have that added interaction with their favorite players as part of the overall event experience, free of charge. However, we will need your help with this on Sunday as we try to deliver you a great time with Oshie while being able to continually move the line forward. Please have your phone, camera, etc., ready for your photo to be taken if so desired.

It’s been a long day. For me today started at noon getting everything setup for tonight. We would like to thank everyone for coming out on a Tuesday night. A little drizzle never hurts anyone. Another packed house with a few hundred people in attendance. We thank you. Again we appreciate so many asking if we needed help, drinks , food , etc.
Thank you to Dynasty for keeping the brewery rocking as normal. Love the energy you all put on at each event.
Thank you Eavesdrop Brewery for everything. No matter what we need, you make it happen. Again, thank you for giving us a place in VA to host these events. You and your crew are top-notch. We are blessed to have a place in VA and MD to call home (Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep)
I didn’t take many pics this evening. We were extremely busy from start to finish. They did have a few people taking pics from the Brewery. I will get them uploaded to the page soon.
